Can I really get prescriptions the same-day?
Yes, our licensed medical providers usually review your information within 1-2 hours. If it’s determined safe and appropriate, they can prescribe medication for pickup at your chosen local pharmacy. Most prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy within 3 hours of completing your medical intake form. This ensures you receive timely care and can start your treatment as quickly as possible.
Which pharmacies can I use?
You can fill your prescription at any licensed pharmacy in New York. This includes major chains like CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, and Walmart, as well as numerous independent pharmacies. During the checkout process, you’ll have the option to choose the pharmacy that’s most convenient for you. Once your prescription is approved, it will be sent electronically to your selected pharmacy for pickup.
Does my state require a video consult?
QuickMedMD currently only provides services to residents of New York. The great news is that New York does not require a video consultation for us to offer care. Once you’ve completed the checkout process, including ID verification and filling out your medical form, our licensed providers will review your information. If it’s safe and appropriate, they can prescribe your medication without the need for a video visit, ensuring a quick and efficient process.
